I think most wear the metal on the sides. That's what I do.

I don't remember who said it or which thread it was but someone said that they wear the zinc at the bottom to get the full benefits because it's between the balls and penis.
 
What are everyone's results with the ROP? Anyone done a before and after testosterone test?
