I know the main concept is to reverse kegel with all stretches but do you need to reverse kegel with erect stretches? Because I find when I do erect stretching I can only stay hard for like 30 secs then I need to stroke myself hard again and then another 30secs of stretching. When I reverse kegel it almost feels like I lose the boner faster vs actual kegels which keep the boner there and hard. Lmk what you think!
