Hey brothers,

I know that technically for a newbie dipping into the first phases of SRT one should begin with the series of stretching protocols that are done while fully flaccid but I'm honestly having trouble maintaing my focus if I don't at least have a little bit of an erection. Is it possible/safe to do at least parts of the newbie routie semi or fully erect, or can I modify the routine to incorporate some erect stretching? I'd appreciate any advice.

Fyi here are my starting measurements:
BPEL 6.7"
BPFSL 7.25"
EG 5.0"
BG 5.0"

Welcome brother. SRT can be done both in flaccid and semi erected. Doing the routines in semi-erected can cause discomfort for some. I do it at 80% erected for straight out and straight up. Bending down and behind butt cheeks, to the side and under the legs, or even rotational twisting, even at 60% erection, that can cause quite a bit of discomfort.

But the moment you hit the 5x5x3 (pump and jelq) routine for the SRT, full erection is highly encouraged.

It with come with time. You ae using the best routine possible. SRT is the fastest way to gain size
