Decent Antiperspirant

I was wondering if anyone here knows of a nice smelling antiperspirant that goes on clear. The reason I ask is because the warmer days are coming around and my old spice just isn't enough. It was very useful during the cold days, seeing as how I never really perspired in the underarms when it was cool outside. Now, since I am starting to wear more shirts instead of sweatshirts, I need a good anitperspirant.

It can either be completley odorless or have a nice scent. The degree my brother bought smells too akward for me. Hope you guys have some suggestion. Thx.

Try some stuff called Certain Dri.

I used to sweat alot under my arms, not necessarily due to heat but also from anxiety etc. This stuff is amazing. Ive had the same roll on for like 6 months now. I just use it 1 time a week, before bed, and I dont have any sweating problems. I still use a deoderant when I get dressed in the morning, but Certain Dri will DEFINITLY help with the sweating.

Thet shit sounds interesting! Is it odorless? Where might I be able to pick some up?

Yep, odorless roll on clear liquid.

I found it at Rite-Aid, but I also saw it in the deodorant section at KMart and Walmart before.

Certain-Dri, about 6 bucks. Well worth it IMO. Just follow the directions on it and your all set!

Have you ever tried any form of natural crystal? It comes in a solid, roll on, or spray form. It used to mainly be found only in health food stores but now they even sell it at Target. Completely orderless, stain-free, and you can't feel it or see it at all. Best of its completely natural with out all the chemicals and toxins found in regular deoderants. The aluminums and stuff in those mainstream sprays and such are extremely toxic. Don't trust the F.D.A. their interest is the almighty dollar, not public health. I really like the spray/mist form myself by the way. Give it a try man.

Always read the labels. Make sure there's no aluminum in your choice.

Yep. Aluminum is really bad, knocks the nutrients in your body out of whack... Unfortunately 90% of the antiperspirants and 85% of deodorants have it as a main ingredient.

Well there goes my idea of Certain-Dri, it is a ton of that aluminum whateveryacallit stuff. Although, I call bullshit on this one. How many people do you know got cancer of the pits from their aluminum laden deodorants/antipersperants? And yes, Ive heard about this before, in certain articles I've read. Did you also know that salt is also bad for you? Everything has its negatives. I still say go with the Certain-Dri, it WORKS.

If I lose 1 year of my life due to a couple years of unsweaty pits, I'll take it.

You can bullshit all you want, there's a plethora of information from numerous sources that back up what I'm talking about. Remember the days of asbestos in building material, cocaine in coke, opium in "therapeutic" remediies, or how about lead in paint? All kinds of toxins are knowingly put into everyday consumer products. It takes years upon years for these type of things to ever be corrected, if ever. You don't get "cancer of the pits" by the way. Your pits just happen to be the point of entry since you spray the toxin DIRECTLY on them EVERY DAY. Yes many things (not everything) have negitives but it is rather foolish to knowing jeopordize your health.

You'll probably call bullshit on these everday items too:
high fructose corn syrup-found in just about every convienience food there is like Minute Maid products, sodas, canned fruit, etc.

nutrasweet/splenda/equal/saccharin-all the so called diet foods (for people who think these products are better for them than sugar), also found in tooth pastes, mouthwash, or on any restaurant table

monsodium glutimate-they have the nerve to call this a "flavor enhancer", found in a ton of ready made foods:flavored crackers, chips, many soups, prepackedged meat products

sodium aluminum phosphate: a main ingredient in baking powder, also found in many breads that use the mentioned substance as an ingredient

These are just a few toxic substances with the F.D.A.'s seal of approval. They have been directly linked to the alarmingly sharp rise in everthing from diabetes, various cancers, and Alziemers to name just a few. Yes it SEEMS that everything out there is bad for you but that's just a cop out. If somebody TRULY cares about their health and that of their family and loved ones the solutions are out there too. As with anything in life you can't expect all this to be given to you, it takes an effort on your part.;)

Relax friend, I know you dont get "cancer of the pits", I was just making a point. If you dont want to use any type of deodorant with aluminum, thats a personal decision and has nothing to do with me. However, I was giving my opinion about this situation to the thread starter. I know there has been lots of research suggesting that these products are linked with certain problems. But the bottom line here was that this product WORKED for me, and thats what he was asking. I will continue to use it as I have a hard time believing that I am any worse off for using a deodorant/antipersperant with this particular ingrediant than not. For 12 years of my life, I lived on an Island that had such poor air quality it was said to increase the risk of cancer by a noticible amount. Im not really worried about my deodorant. Sometimes ya gotta take risks :p.

Great stuff, D.D. No aluminum in it either.

:)

I had no clue Old Spice had an anti perspirant! Every variation of Old Spice I see on the shelves is nothing but deoderant... straight up de-o, no anti-p. I am going to look for that. Natural Crystal sounds awesome too.

I use Old Spice Red Zone and it smells good, goes on invisible, etc...

I found a cool link on it, which contains product warnings and info on all the ingredients. Yes it does contain Aluminum zirconium tetrachlorohydrex gly, but they don't have any warnings about that one.

Well, M.M., all I know is that since I've been using Old Spice deodorant, or whatever, my flaccid dick has grown from 4" to between 7" and 8", add another inch to my NBPenis EnlargementL, and over an inch in girth.

Do you think there is a correlation?

:s

:p

No, .... but continued use of aluminums could make you forget that you -don't- have a bigger dick.

LMAO

Nice post, Mogli ....
