It's real I seen something similar to this on a programme called the perfect penis, there are quite a few guys doing it, they inject silicone into the penis tissue and the scrotum, god only knows why lik. As the guy interviewed on the programme said he couldnt even get aroused, so basically your left with a big ugly looking dick that doesnt do jack.
