Technology Computer Files

I have been a reader here for about a month. In that time photos among other items have been downloaded on my computer. Can someone tell me what is the best way to delete permanently internet files? I have seen advertisements for such (Evidence Eliminator for one), but do they work.

I'm secretly doing Penis Enlargement like some here. I would like to get rid of lots of files...not just the "naughty" ones, but I'm pretty lost on how to clean up and destroy files.

If I can do it myself, that would be fine. I know you can delete the history and cache, however, isn't there still files that are there "somewhere" that tells where you've been?

My kids are starting to know more about computers than me. I really just don't want them doing some search or snooping in places I have no idea about and finding things. Besides, I have a whole bunch of "normal" sites that I visit that I'd like to just dump to clean the computer up altogether.
