What do you guys do to combat shrinkage as the weather gets cold? Its the worst feeling walking around all day with shrinkage

Im up in norcal, and it can get fairly cold during winter, especially at night/early morning. Usually I wear boxers, basketball shorts, and then jeans. This helps keep it warm. At least warmer then it would be just wearing boxers/jeans.

What Im more concerned about is the walk from my schools parking lot, back to my dorm after im done with my routine. Can the cold immediately after my routine hinder results?

I like the guy above I wear loose long underwear then a pair of shorts and then jeans, plus my under shirt is long underwear. I wear two to three pairs of socks and steel toe boots, and a skull cap. I belive you gotta keep all parts of you body warm to prevent srinkage.

However with all of these clothes on you will never see a bulge because it is just too much to poke through.

Take long, hot showers and hope for an early spring. Just remember that turtling is a seasonal thing.

I just deal with it. I can shrink considerably when it is cold and it used to bother me but I just take it as it comes. You may consider using the strapped method, this will keep you extended all day and may help train it to remain elongated, even in the cold.
