Buy some golf weights to try out first, they are virtually the same thing. I don't see much benefit to such devices since they will only serve as anti-turtle devices at best and a wrap or sleeve will do the same job but will be more stealth and functional.

If you are considering buying an ADS for length, the Silistrecher is what you want to get. You also need the length master as well. 20 minutes length master session combined with 4 hours Silistrecher use will give you all the length gains you need.
