Can't get pressure

So it seems with the bathmate X40 I can't even get it started to gain pressure now. It was working fine the first few weeks.
Now everytime I push it against me to get it started air leeks in. I have been at it for 45 min till I finally gave up.

I have tried cleaning it by taking it apart and nothing. It always loses pressure.

I need help.

If you bought it through us simply put in a trouble ticket through our BathMate Help System found in the main forum list.

I've been a bad boy

But luckily I found a fix. It turns out its that little black thing on the valve that doesn't want to react correctly.
So when I pump to get water out I quickly have to lock it so water or air can't get in.

ordered a knock off from china huh lol...glad u figured it out

I bought this pump from you. Not one month has passed and this product is already being defective. I have been told it might be a counter fit. This pump is not working. It is losing pressure and will not even gain pressure if I try to pump it the very 1st time.

I want to know what is going on. This pump isn't even being used that often, and it is already being defective "



Would it be better if I can get the info on his source to get the pumps?

Also does MOS offer a discount on the bathmate xtreme x40? I understand if it doesn't.

I will just take this as a lesson to always buy from the main source that you recommend.

I don;t think they give a discount anymore...pretty sure i saw DLD or lighting say this in another post. one of them will chime in of course

The real BathMate will not discount their pumps any longer. The advantage buying at MOS is the support you get from us on your behalf.
