My Profile- Settings- General Settings and you can see it down where you can choose the time zone.

time zone ? well i am talking about 12 clock and 24. 9 pm = 21:00 . i think it is not possible, not that important, i was just checking

I don't think you can as well. I tried, but it didn't work for me as well...
