By chance will the LM3 hold up to shower water if dried off after? For convenience sake it would be nice if I could use it in the shower. I would be getting the warmup done and stretching done in my own space all while getting ready for work.

Yes it is 100% water proof. Just be sure to dry the bolts after

I may try that, may not be that great for the wrapping but heat and stretching would be a change up to the norm.

I'm thinking of getting this;

for this reason alone. Heat is essential to gaining fast. Optimal is to have your room around, 30°C/86°F when you stretch (maybe a little lower). And also you need to push warm air into your tissue continuously during your stretching session (between set).

I have MOS-RED:

and this car interior heater:

This car interior heater is perfect to push warm air into your tissue during warmup, and during the stretching session.

MOS-RED is essential for me for the warm down, and healing section in my program. I could not be without MOS-RED.

It is a great system. We ran out of stock but the MOSRED will be in stock next week

That mean people are buying them...that's good news. They will see so many benefits with that device in their life.

This combination is capable of breaking any length plateau.

@BFL, how is this working for you? Do you use your LENGTHMASTER 3 in the shower?
Yep.. Daily now where as before only a couple times a week. Let the warm water hit me first then stretch. While washing myself I can place the LM between the the legs behind me for constant tension.

Only LM issue, which I guess is the wrapping part is it pushes my skin forward causing the donut. I can usually smooth some of it out afterwards but is annoying.

Awesomeness.
There is no slippage due to the water?

Have you watch my wrapping videos for the LENGTHMASTER 3, maybe they can help you out?

No slippage from the water..i just need to improve my wrapping. I had been using a cut portion of a sleeve followed by a cloth and fastened theraband onto the top and bottom of the LM3. Maybe the sleeve is pushing the skin forward causing the donut. I think I will try it without the sleeve next time

I believe theraband and then maybe PENIS WRAPPING TAPE can work? If you use bandage (regular wrap) that would be soaked in water.
