So I went in to buy a hydromax 40 on here and went through all the process and filled out my cc info then it wanted some crap about my ssn? What's the deal with that? I was on board with the discount but I don't need to give my ssn out, cc should be enough. What's the deal?
 
Also it won't let you apply express shipping for free, says 42 bucks?
 
Social security number. I just clicked the link here to order. Says free fast ship and a bunch of other crap free so figured I'd do it here. Don't see why I need to give my ssn when I give my cc number and even the 3 dig on the back. Seems fishy

The Bathmate directors are on here directly so I would wait for one Of them to answer this post in the morning. I heard other people mentioned they needed to use a SSN on other products for Customs reasons but you should never give out your SSN to anyone.

None of our official Bathmate or Hydromax websites ask for any form of social security numbers, in the UK we don't use them therefore have no reason to ask for it. Could you link us to where you tried to purchase from, and how you found the website?

If you could use official websites to purchase your pumps then you should have no issues. However if you do run into more problems then feel free to ask us.

If your still having trouble, please checkout with Paypal.
You don't need an account and should work with all card types.
Need any more help, feel free to inbox me with your detail to check our system.
 
I hope so. My hurc broke so I thought but then I took it apart today and put it back together and it worked fine. If I'm gonna get a second one I'd rather have the larger yah know
 
I guess the problem was with my card I was using cause I used another one no problme
