So, I used my Bathmate today for the first time in a few weeks, and it kinda shocked me what was going on with it once I got in the shower. I was about to start up on DLDs hardcore Bathmate stretches, when I noticed the rubber seal on the bottom coming off. So I started up on the exercises, and by the time I got to set 3, the seal had fallen off completely. Also, when I pumped up to where I usually do, I noticed the valve at the top of the Bathmate was leaking air into the chamber, making the stretches less effective. What should I do? I've only had the thing since about March or February this year.

Contact Bathmate. I have had other issues and they have been great about it. They will send you a replacement no problem :)

tell me how it goes :) Expect nothing but the best. I've been amazed at them. They literally just are the best customer support you will find in the world :)

Sweet, just did :)

"Good day Ben,
You will need to contact the company you purchased it from to have it replaced as it has a 1 year warranty.
If you purchased it from us please provide us with your order ID.
Tim"

This was the canadian website I think. Was there a different email to speak to the UK website, because I remember my Bathmate coming from overseas.

I hope they find a solution for this issue. I have not had it happen with my Bathmate yet, but it seems to be more than a random thing that normally happens with any hand finished product. Perhaps a better cement?

Did you buy from Canada or the Europe site?

if UK then simply send a message to the user "Bathmate", he will straighten this out right away.

Doing that right now.

I got a replacement through Tim from the Uk site. Very quick and professional :)

Ok, so I reglued the rubber seal to the opening of the Bathmate, and I noticed that there was an original residue from the previous adhesive material that had the seal on there in the first place. So I superglued the rubber seal back on, only to have it fall off again today during my session, this time, with the previous adhesive attached to the seal, and the rim of the Bathmate now totally residue, and padded seal free. I mean, dont get me wrong, I love my Bathmate, but I emailed and sent photos to the Bathmate in the UK where I ordered it from, and all I got was a response saying, "Our engineers are looking at the problem now." And that was about two months ago, when the thing first started giving me problems with the rubber seal and the valve.

So so far, customer support has been...lacking, to say the least.

blue,

thank you for bringing this up. I am having the exact same issue with the Bathmate as you are and the customer service has been extremely subpar, I emailed them and they asked for pictures so I sent pictures and they lost the email and after a week I re-emailed them if they received the pictures and they did not so they asked for another set of pictures several days ago, I've been inquiring recently with no response now.

I am getting extremely frustrated.

Send a message to the user Bathmate, he will fix you up right away.

Blue did you get a response yet? I got an email back yesterday finally, and they are sending me a new one.

Excellent! Very stand up company.

Nope, nothing yet, the most recent email I got from them was a while ago, saying their engineers are still looking into the problem.
