Read the thread in the hangers forum, it is the pic of the captains wench, you can make one for 10 bucks and little technical know how.

Even a home made BIB is easy for the novice
 
It looks like something you could make for a couple of dollars. In no way can it compare to a bib starter.

Yep the the velcro,ace bandage and nylon from wal mart, the clamp from lowes and you will spen less than 10 bucks.
 
There will always be someone who hung 9 tons from it, but most guys say no more than 10 lbs.

I was able to hang 15lbs with the wench, and I think I could have added somemore to it. Hanging was just not for me. I used a hose clamp instead of a cable clamp, seemed to be more sturdy.
 
The thread at �other forum� is pretty lengthly. I assume this is a decent, homemade product.
