My short term goal is a Length of 7.5" and girth of 5.5"
My long term goal is a Length of 8.0" and girth of 6.0" which it looks to be my max limit...
My Length was 5.75" and girth was 4.5" Before PE training!
The two years of PE training! ( Using the Canister Method)
Started from:
MAX EL: 5.8" MAX EG: 4.6" To: MAX EL: 6.3" MAX EG: 4.8" Gained: MAX EL: +0.5" MAX EG: +02"
The third Year of PE Training! (Using the Bathmate and Quick extender Pro)
Started from:
MAX EL: 6.3" MAX EG: 4.8" To: MAX EL: 6.5" MAX EG: 5.0" Gained: MAX EL: +0.2" MAX EG: +02"
The fourth year of PE training! (Using the bathmate, Mos Mity Pump and back to the Canister Method)
Started from:
MAX EL: 6.5" MAX EG: 5.0" To MAX EL: 6.8" MAX EG: 5.125" Gained: MAX EL: +0.3" MAX EG:+2/16"

Bathmate: 30 min Max with 2 min if Jelking
Mos Mity Pump: 30 min Max with 2 min if Jelking with an avg pressure or/ force of 10-18 pps.
Canister Method: Four hour or more rule. 30 min on and take 2 min break!
Overall I am happy!

But, No major injuries. and my pace is slow but safe!
I do my routine no more then 5-6 days a week!
