Anyone Having Problems with Reply and Post Windows? I am on a 13" monitor and the windows when I reply are too wide? Is anyone else having this problem?

The Problem Lies in the Animated Smilies. I have to change them around.

I never had any problems with the emoticons, however, I am running a 1600x1200 resolution, so most everything is tiny as it is.
