Hey everyone. saw something that caught my eye a few times. its DR elist implant. from what iv'e seen myself he has a good outlook on it his on the other hand is a bit different way to go about penis enlargement surgery. its what i believe called Subcutaneous Soft Silicone Implant. that slides under your pubic bone right on top of the penis. looking at the pre and post op pics i gotta say that's a hell of a lot girth gain and it becomes more over time. after 6 months you will get quite a bit of erect length. now what sounds to good to be true for the most part is. the iv'e heard from many people on forums it does give most of what it says but a lot of people get infection and have to get it taken out. even he say's this could happen but can be put back in after awhile. anyway check out his site. from what iv'e read he is also FDA approved. http://www.drelist.com/

The thing is, why would you want your dick to always feel soft, even when it's hard? Girls love the feeling of how hard it is inside them, so you would never give them that pleasure again, only the feeling of the size. i agree with all. hard to say...ha hard never again just soft ouch fuck what girls think that would bother me too lol. the idea is hey if you gain a lot in pe and your one of those types then go for the gold. my idea is i wouldnt do something like that but if i gained 3.5 inches in pe that would make me 10 inches. then going to break 11.5 or 12 might be something i would do. hahaha then i might be on monsters of cock i can see it now lol

12 months of girth work will put me at 7 inches mid shaft girth. I'm already 6 inches mid shaft right now.

I will never recommend surgery to anyone as far as PE ia concerned.
 
Surgery is a waste of time, and there's so many complications. That can happen from it but if you stick with natural p e, you will get exactly what you want, growing with a doctor involves. I have no faith in the medical community
