Your Gains with DLD Blasters

I think i am gonna start focusing on my tunica mostly know. I think I am gonna do 6 30 second Astretches and then like 10 30 second DLD Bundled Blasters. I was wondering what type of gains people got form stretching the tunica. I think the gains probally come slower then stretching the ligs is that right? Thanks for your help.
 
Well, if you have a high LOT, your main gains will come from tunica stretches (DLD blasters are one of the best for this). If you have a low LOT, you will benefit from both lig and tunica stretches.
 
I used DLD Blasters to get from 8.5 to 9.5 inches (FSBP) over a 6 month period. My first plateau was at 8.5 and this is when I cam up with the Blaster concept. After starting them my plateau soon ended.

I used the blaster technique while hanging last year, and gained about 3/4" of length.
