what are you favorite exercises to do and which ones do you think gave you the best progress?

if it's done with some additional gadget please mention it and if it's not the most known exercises link some explanation.

yet i like my Anti-Lot Stretch (signature), because i feel it pulling differently while doing a rep and like it.

hanging is nice, because i am lazy. i delivered nice flaccid gains quickly.

for the tunica i always like dual fulcrums.

My favorite exercises are slow squash jelqs and noobie stretches but done bundled in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words]. I also like blue whale's stretch and few others that I can't think off at the moment.

For me the gains have been pretty easy thus far. It could be because I'm new with a medium-high exit point and LOT. One tip I have that I don't see mentioned all that often is in regards to the positioning of your actual body during the stretching session. Sometimes putting my leg up on my desk or sucking in my stomach a little bit or just spreading my legs a little bit will make a huge difference in the amount of pull I feel on my ligaments. I'm pretty familiar with stretching from yoga and martial arts over the years and there's nothing that feels quite like giving ligaments a good stretching.

I've just been getting into hanging and it sure it a good way to fatigue your unit. another reason the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] is awesome, I have never used any other hangers but this one sure is comfortable and easy to use
