I was benching 320, which i usually do for 5 reps, i get the weight up 2.5 times and then my left pectoral kinda near my rotator cuff starts to hurt real bad and i couldn't even finish my set. I think i strained it but i dont fucking know how. It wasnt like i was doing weight i couldn't handle. Im just real pissed and confused right now. If any one knows what this is, the cause of if, and/or how to heal it id appreciate it thanks
