Yet another discoloration question

Hey guys.

So I've started pumping more seriously. And probably pushed it a little too far (like routines that last 25 minutes... 10 of which probably are around 200 mmHg)

The shaft discolors to be more well, tan'ish... And where the collar for my pump is (that my penis expands into very tightly)... Still white.

The discoloration wouldn't even be noticeable if not for the discontinuity of the white collar area. I mean it again just looks a bit tanned. I don't have any red spots on my head.

Anyway - I'm not worried about the discoloration - it doesn't look horrible or anything. I just don't want to injure myself. Is what I'm describing a sign that I need to take a long break? I'd rather not if it's not serious.

Thanks for reading.

That's more than being serious if you're pumping more than 25 minutes of static pressures, and 200 mmHg (or around 8 inHg). It may sounds low for most of the intermediate and advanced pumpers, but that's pretty high for beginner and just barely reaching intermediate (6 months in). Too long of a moderate-high pressure will cause edema, blister, or worst, bloody blister.

Discoloration is when you have a possible burst capillary, or capillaries, that you can't see, and the blood surfaces to the upper layers of the skin (the fascias). Very common for extreme pumpers.

Broken capillary or capillaries can be hidden and not visible. This is why we suggest low-pressure pumping rather than high, combined with slow squash jelqs. When pumping, we shouldn't remain static at the same pressure for too long. Remember to bounce the pressure up and down by 25 mmHg. There's a method to the madness. You only want to increase by 25 mmHg every two to three weeks, until your internal skin layers and capillaries are full adjusted for the new pressure. Too hard, too fast, you only hurt yourself. Patience is a virtual in the game of PE.

Anyway - I'm not worried about the discoloration - it doesn't look horrible or anything. I just don't want to injure myself. Is what I'm describing a sign that I need to take a long break? I'd rather not if it's not serious.

No need for a break. Just ease back on the time spent in the pump. 5 minutes dynamic pressure pumping, 5 minutes SSJ, back and forth. If you need more info on this, let us know.
