@TWIST&PULL thank you for the BTC stretches demonstration.

Looked like you had a much looser grip than I ever had when doing the BTC stretches. Might be the reason my underarms and triceps got so badly inflamed, simply, pulling too hard.

Fuck it, I just might pull out the LM again. Instead of going 5 mins straight I rather do 2.5 mins stretches.

I did actually pull out my LENGTHMASTER 3 from the ol’ cabinet, laying there collecting dust.

Ended up hanging 6x20 mins starting out with 6,6lbs of weight, on the third set I went up to 8,8lbs and lasted the whole 20 mins with that weight too, tried a second round with 8,8lbs but could only last a minute before going back down to 6,6lbs for the last two sets.

Got some extending at high tension done too, 2h55mins of it to be exact. Now I have to contemplate if I should continue with my pumping routine as well, or put all my focus on length after reading a lot on «Bib’s» forum and hearing him say to avoide all girthwork when hanging.

Though my MityVac tube of 2 inch diameter is a very snug fit, filling it up girthwise from the very first set. So close to filling it up in length as well hitting 8 inches+ in the pump consistently. So my pumping is mostly length work as well.

Offph. 120 minutes of high weight hanging. Brave soul brother. The longest I've done is 60 minutes at 5lbs, in combo with 7.5lbs for the the 10 minutes to max out length.

Got some extending at high tension done too, 2h55mins of it to be exact. Now I have to contemplate if I should continue with my pumping routine as well, or put all my focus on length after reading a lot on «Bib’s» forum and hearing him say to avoide all girthwork when hanging.
This is actually misinformation. If you do long-term length work like you have, yes, it's true that girth work should be spaced out after 4 hours, allowing the tissues to normalize. But if you perform short periods of high gravitational/traction force, adding contortion to lateral tissues to quickly break them, your tissues are primed to be pumped for 15 minutes to take advantage of the stressed tissues for optimal expansion.

Remember, this is not 1+ hour of intense length work and 15 minutes of pumping. This is 20 to 30 minutes of intense length work and 15 minutes of pumping routine.

Sounds like it's practically all length work from hanging and pumping. The tight cylinder will keep your entire penile shaft equalized and normal shape from base to glans, rather than a baseball bat.

Yeah, hoping to see some quick initial gains and then slow n’ steady for a good portion of time.

Btw actually ended up doing 180 mins of hanging 9x20 mins and 3h42mins of extending at full force.

Did not get around to do the pumping today, and too tired to get it done now though will definitely get it done tomorrow. While keeping sessions at least 4 hours apart, wasn’t really aware of that before now.

One question? Do you think I should incorporate some SSJ’s as well, since I’m already doing the pumping? Was thinking like 3 sets of 1 min each round before each pumping set.

If you just hang, SSJ helps to move fresh blood to restricted blood flow for healing. It won't expand internal tissues like pumping. But if you are incorporating to the pumping, it will truly help with the expansion.

For SSJ, try 1 to 2 minutes per SSJ rep, and use all 5 minutes worth dedicated to just SSJ.

I honestly was TERRIFIED of the Lengthmaster! This page and these brothers have helped me TREMENDOUSLY! I'm still on the fences about weight hanging but I am DEFINITELY getting the Lengthmaster if for nothing else the bundled stretching!
 
For brothers that own or will be purchasing the Length Master, do look at the starting point of this thread:

Brothers huge-girth, SIM, and Twist&Pull covered plenty of areas for the usages on the Length Master. The rest of the brothers can teach you fine tune the tool usage further. Don't be afraid of it. Embrace it like it's a penile golden tool. For those who don't have one, try the same methods but using your hands and arm strength. It'll be very limited but you'll understand the needs for the stretches, and ultimately, the tool itself.

Are there any more LengthMaster exercises video that is needed?
If we can come up with videos to accommodate brothers with specific needs we can help them to further along with their PE. There are too many interesting scenarios developed along the way. We need to build the list to make those videos. Wish the brothers chime in to make the wish list.

Yes but I'm going to need a length master. I currently don't have one. If I can get one, I will gladly shoot any video you want.
