Bubble Trouble!
Last night I was doing set of clamped edging. This is not really a move I have been doing for a long time but now Im a big fan of for the major engorgement.
Anyway, I was doing 3 sets(15,20,25 minutes) with jelqing or edging in between each one for 5 minutes. Each set I adding 5 minutes on to each one. got up to 25 minutes and got to the PONR twice during this set. After the 25 minutes were up I released the clamp and My hammer look inflated in some areas.
I stop my session because there were spot on my unit that looked like there was fluid retention under it or something. I seen this before even with clamped edging for 10 minutes but it always went away shortly. This time it stayed for hours afterwards.
I started to massage it hoping it would go away and that didnt work. I strech my unit cause I was hoping it was just some fluid retention or something so I figured streching might help a little but nothing. This morning it was gone but does anyone else know what Im talking about?
What are some methods to prevent this?
It was painless can I keep training next time If I see this?
