What is the issue you are having? Are you using the strap and its just not strong enough to holdon?

If that is so, use the noose it will holdon tighter and you should not have any issues.

Then you need to pull it down tighter. And make sure your wrapping is not too loose otherwise its going to start to fail there and you will slowly feel your wrap slipping away until your dick snaps out of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words].

Have you tried wraping a little thicker? But again if you add more layers make sure its tight.

Hmm... I'm not sure why this is happening to you. Maybe you are not pulling the noose down hard enough... Or its becoming loose in the process of putting it on. Do you put the bars into the head attachment and then screw them down to the base or do you screw the bars into the base and pull your head attachment over the bars?
