Wow, that was easy.

This whole time I've been shitting bricks because I thought that I wasnt getting a good PC work out. I just sat here doing spanish homework for like, the last 40 minutes and I was doing moderately fast but strong PC squeezes, and right now its screaming at me. Hell, I'm still doing them as I type this. Why was it that the routines listed were not giving me the burn that this is?
 
Pretty much that easy man. I've been sitting down and kegeling 30+ minutes the last few nights.

Each morning I wake up pitching a tent better than any fucking camper alive :s

Will do! I had been doing stuff like, trying to isolate it as best as I could, and I had no idea if I was getting it at all, cause I wouldnt get sore, or feel any kind of burn or anything after the kegel was done, even after minute holds. I mean, yeah, I felt it during, but nothing after. I did 20 minutes of this and I was starting to hurt! lol
 
Yeah you are now getting more of an endurance kind of workout for the muscle. I try to hit a few hundred quick squeezes and some around 100 5 second holds and some long holds to hit all kinds of contractions.

Some people need more. It sounds like you have found the secret, just do them constantly until you are doing them and not even realizing it anymore.
 
Ok, so quick question: on some days, it feels like, when I kegal, it feels like the muscle that I'm working is getting torn from back around the anus, like its sore, or the tendon is coming lose or something crazy like that. Is that a day that I should call it a day?
 
Nope, not at all. I was just doing them until I got really fatigued, and then the next day, if I did one kegal as hard as I could, it would feel like it was tearing from my ass :P

That burning is extreme fatigue. If you are experiencing this do kegel work every other day.
