workout suggestion

so lately i have been taking a step back from hanging more and doing more manual work. how does this routine sound:

20 minute intense manual stretches (3 sessions per day)
followed by 5 minutes jelquing

2 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x 20[/words] minute BIB BTC hanging at 18.25 lbs.

Timewise I could either take from one and give to the other... does this combination seem reasonable for gains?
