Well im jamaican and i just wanna get to 9 inches and 6 and a half inches in girth. Been told i was small so here to fix that. Started about two days ago did one last night and the one the night before so just gonna do that and see what happens. Invested in a leluv pump yeah im broke i know but not for ling and it comes with 4 cock rings and different tube endings and also i got my self an x4 labs extender so i guess im all set. Ill be posting my pictures very soon so look out. And like everyone ese we are here to make history.

Glad to see you putting a routine together if you need some help please ask. I would use SRT as a format to put your routine together. I can help you make modifications if necessary

so here is my routine for tomorrow.its your routine and then in the evening the penis professor routine.

morning- bundled stretching 3 minutes
plyometric stretch- 3 minutes

warm up- 5 minutes
2 sets basic stretching
600 wet jelqs
pc muscle exercises
testicle health massage
warm down- 5 minutes
straight into extender( pump has not arrived yet)

evening - (light work)
warm up- 5 minutes
pc exercise 1 pc flexes- 95 reps
pc exercise 2- pc hold - 5 reps
10% a frames- 30 reps
20% two handed stretch- 20 reps
50% jelqing- 50 reps
80% penis squeeze- 10 reps
pc muscle exercise - pc flexes- 95 reps
pc muscle exercise- pc erect flex- 5 reps
cement
warm down- 5 minutes
finished

You’re already starting with a great cock now all you need to do is add the cream on top LOL I think this routines in the do really well for you and if you find yourself stagnating please come and asked for help. But I will be looking in on you every single day to make sure things are going well.
 
but let me tell you how it went. so i realized i turtle fast after the exercise routine so i think i may have to get the extender on quickly. but i am sore my hands are tired especially the left. but i realise that stretching with my right hand is a different feeling from stretching with my left. It seems like i get better stretches with my left hand. I use the chair edge to aid with my stretching. jelqing i try to go close to erect but squishy at the same time and i push the blood firmly and i can see the veins engorge with blood but i get better jelqing with my left hand as well. there is something about penis enlargement and your left hand that makes the experience different.
 
I would use it in the same way it’s used in SRT. Go to the SRT thread and look up the 5×5×3 routine and you can do that with your pump. Many people do the 5×5×3 with their own pump so it will definitely work for you. Don’t worry about money right now let’s worry about getting you gains and in the future you can update equipment
 
ok day 2 finished and ok

I can remember my second day and how encouraged I was and excited to if PE truly worked. Once I realize the reality that PE does work you couldn’t get me out of the bathroom LOL I trained all day every day until I came to the place that I want to be.
 
day 3 in completed and i am sore as hell

Try some deep tissue massage and maybe a little bit of heat and this should help with some of the soreness. Soreness in the beginning is a good sign of the proper intensity but it does not last forever. Eventually will no longer feel sore but you still will grow.
