Thanks, if I feel the need for tools I will ask you about them as I am clueless finally one last thing how soon do you think should I be able to see gains
Key here is consistency, all depends on how long you plan to do them and how many days a week?
All I'll say is don't give up especially if you don't see any gains for first few weeks or 1st month, it's where I went wrong many times in the past. Unfortunately dependant on time you have this shit can take some time, perservare with it and the rewards will come
Some great tools available in here when the time arises but by all means ask away
