Working out while wearing Phallosan?

I work out at the gym a lot doing all kinds of exercises, upper body, lower body, whatever.

I know wearing the PF while walking or doing simple movements is fine, but would any PF users recommend to work out with a PF on? Or do you think this may cause the PF to break, cause an injury, or would be uncomfortable?

Give it a go but start out very low in weight and work you way up spot as not to damage the Phalosan. I am pretty sure you can do this but to be safe, try it out light before going all out.

It works fine. Gym is no problem. Cycling is a little bit of a problem when having thick thighs or belly fat because you will feel the chamber when the legs move upwards. The original chambers don't really have that problem though. The bigger the vacuum chamber, the more the problem occurs. Doing Deadlifts could be a problem. Same with cockring and doing deadlifts. The cock just gets in the way or it protrudes significantly. Same when doing bench press. The penis just becomes very visible.
