i remember health class in highschool, one of the first things they told me was "THE Penis EnlargementNIS IS NOT A MUSCLE" but if you do a little research you realize that if the penis wasn't made vastly of smooth muscle, viagra would have no effect because it is a smooth muscle relaxant.
they may have meant that it is not skeletal muscle. but what they teach is very misleading and really keeps a lid on Penis Enlargement.
