Does anyone know what effect tanning beds have on freckles? I hate my freckles and the sun seems to bring them out. For this reason, I have avoided tanning beds. However, a coworker suggested that a tanning bed may not have as great of an effect on freckles. He has a small area on his arm that seems to freckle in sunlight, but is less stimulated by the tanning bed.
