Do holds starting at 2 min and work up to 20 minutes
Alternate the days.
This may sound weird, but I do them while driving. I found it greatly reduces butt fatigue.
Been doing them a couple of times a day for the last year. It has been about the only Penis Enlargement related activity I have done for the last few months.
