where to buy heating pad?

at what part of the mall i can buy a heating pad? Coz i can't buy it online... can i buy it in hardware?

you can find a heating pad pretty much anywhere...at a walmart or target...or any place like that... (if you are in the U.S.)they are usually in the section where they have healing aids...such as bandages and wraps and support..most of the time it is located next to the pharmacy if the store has one.

One ingenious invention that was posted to one of the forums is the creation of the "rice sock" for warm ups.

Take a clean sweat sock, and fill it more than half way with uncooked rice. Place it in a microwave under enough time and power so that the rice gets to the desired temperature.

WARNING- The time and power is something that you're going to have to experiment with depending on several factors (the size of the sock, the power of the microwave, etc.)

You do NOT want to overheat the rice sock! You can cause SERIOUS burns if you miscalculate on the power and the time!

I dont have a microwave to make a rice sock and I do my routine in my truck so Im looking for a 12v heating pad or a battery powered heating pad I can use. Any ideas? where to look?

Any drugstore or pharmacy will have them. You will also find them at any of the store like KMart, Wallmart, etc.
