you can find a heating pad pretty much anywhere...at a walmart or target...or any place like that... (if you are in the U.S.)they are usually in the section where they have healing aids...such as bandages and wraps and support..most of the time it is located next to the pharmacy if the store has one.
One ingenious invention that was posted to one of the forums is the creation of the "rice sock" for warm ups.
Take a clean sweat sock, and fill it more than half way with uncooked rice. Place it in a microwave under enough time and power so that the rice gets to the desired temperature.
WARNING- The time and power is something that you're going to have to experiment with depending on several factors (the size of the sock, the power of the microwave, etc.)
You do NOT want to overheat the rice sock! You can cause SERIOUS burns if you miscalculate on the power and the time!
Once the rice sock is heated to the desired temperature, insert your semi-erect penis into the sock. The heated rice inside the sock will warm your penis up in much the same way as a hot wrap.

we don't have microwave. as of now i'm using warm water. I just boil it and pretend to use it in taking bath.
By the way, I used to use one for the entire day at my job. I would do 1/2 of my Penis Enlargement in the morning then strap on the heating pad for the rest of the day. I felt as though it not only helped in healing but also keeping me in an extended state for most of the day.
When you say heating pad, its not the IcyHot or Bengay heating pads liek you use on sore muscles/joints right? Its the actualy physical heat ones you need correct?

Any drugstore or pharmacy will have them. You will also find them at any of the store like KMart, Wallmart, etc.
