where could I find the V stretch?

I have searched the excercise collection sticky and couldnt find a link to the v stretch, could someone post it for me please?

The V-Stretch is performed by taking your flaccid penis just below the glans and stretching it out. While you are stretching out you take your other hand (or fingers depending on length of penis) and stretch down around the center of your shaft. The stretch looks like a V you get into this position.
