What to do?

I did Penis Enlargement for a little more than a month (with results). However, due to external factors, I had to quit. It's been 3-4 months I haven't done any exercise and I wanted to know what I should do now. Should I start from the beginning (phase one) or should I go directly to phase 2?

did this happen to anyone else?

I'd only move on to phase 2 after you stop seeing gains from phase 1. Give it, say, 2-4 weeks. IF you don't gain in that time, move forward.

That's what I did, anyway.

Yea, this happened to me too. I had been Penis Enlargementing for a couple months and had gained about half an inch in length and a noticeable increase in girth. This was all from jelqing because I had little knowledge of Penis Enlargement at the time. I stopped just to see what would happen and my dick slowly returned to it's normal size. Now I do light exercises every over day and am glad to say I've cemented a good length gain. The girth is harder to cement but I'm working on it. Guess I'll have to kick it up a notch to get things really rolling though.

If I were you I'd probably start at phase 1 again. Get warmed up for phase 2. Or you could go for the shock treatment and go directly to phase 2. Some guys get a sudden boost in a gains from this but everyone's different.

Absolutely start at the beginning until you're chappy gets back into shape again.
