I`ve been doing DLD-Blasters 50 reps per day now for almost two months and I love it! I have gained but I feel the gains is slowing down rapidly these days.
Should I add a new exercise or should I increase the volume of work I`m doing?
You could do either one. You may want to add reps, or you might want to add in a different stretch, or work the DLD blasters at a different angle. It's up to you.
I certainly is a great exercise. I really like the fact that you stretch only for 10 seconds. I used to hate my previous routine where I stretched for 30-60 seconds.
