What OTHER alternative medical/science is OUT THERE?!?!

I discovered Penis Enlargement a few months ago on a body building site and was surprised about this new concept. Since that time, I've made some amazing gains in both weight loss, bodybuilding & health and Penis Enlargement. I think it's absolutely incredible that there's stuff like this out there that is rarely mentioned by doctors and mainstream health experts.

Even with bodybuilding I've learned stuff that doctors have told me NOT to do but after doing them I've realized how good they actually are and effective for weight loss.

Does anyone know of any mental or spiritual beliefs that would be considered in the realm of Penis Enlargement and bodybuilding that are yet to go mainstream and can do so many amazing things?

I don't often share my weight loss tips as people are quick to judge and enjoy rehashing the same garbage some fat woman on Oprah has been spewing for decades. But I basically did HIIT cardio 35-45 minutes in the morning (fasted). I didn't count calories but kept carbs as low as possible. I drank chocolate milk, whey protein powders, a little bit of beef (maybe once a week to once every 3 days), healthy fats, not too many supplements (fish oil and a multi). Spinach and broccoli and whatever decent greens. I ate A LOT of blueberries, bananas with my shakes and hit weights with no recovery or cheat days. Meals are spread out 3-5 times a day and my caloric intake was 1000-1500 even when I exercise.
