What music do you listen to while working out?

I listen to Dream Theater, Iron Maiden, Demons & Wizards, Iced Eearth, etc.
When I listen to that kind of stuff metal/progresiv metal all I want to do is Work out.. its wierd.

Tool-------- I like almost all their songs but just to name a couple off the top of my head that rock my world "Eulogy" "Pushit" "Prison Sex" "EAnemia" "Sober"

i listen to either lil john..something along those lines. with a big ass bass thing going on. and either that or some alt.
 
Banging hardcore like Kevin Energy and Impact, or some juicy hard trance, put on the decks and work out until the record needs turning over, take a breather and start up again ha ha ha rofl

Man I love tool but if I lifted while listening to Tool I would probably end up killing somebody or myself. The songs are nuts.. Especially when you hear a satanic-like voice saying the recipe for Chocolate Chip cookies in german.
 
If I had the chance (stupid broken raido) I would probably listen to a lot of dance/trance on top of tool/flaw and H.I.M....I haven't listen to a lot of APC but I do like that song "passive".
 
A Perfect circle is okay but I prefer TOOL because Maynard doesnt get to express his full vocal talent in APC. Plus APC is a little to light if you know what I mean on most of there songs. But I admit "PaSsive" " 13 minutes" "pet" "judith" "imagine" "The NOOSE"(my favorite) are pretty good songs. ALso "counting bodies like sheep to the rytHydromax of a war drum"
 
Killswitch Engage, hatebreed, shattersphere, haste the day, trivium, and then ill throw in some rap like the Victory remix by 50 cent.... All fast paced intense music.

Lamb of God makes me want to burn shit to the ground.. like light buildings on fire and shit.. its awesome though
 
Turok the dinosaur hunter soundtrack, and ninja gaiden for xbox soundtrack. It'll take you to ultra levels of fitness.

fighting force has a good soundtrack too. I just listen to VG music.

gh.ffshrine.org has a ton of videogame soundtracks. just go there and click on mp3s.
