When i started Pe before one year ago I have HIGH lot,and i was gaining like a mad from Phase 1.Ohhh...I am emotional with this phase...ohh i love this phase 1.Do you think that 5 month from Phase 1 is the limit from gaining from this phasE?
If you have exhausted Phase 1 gains you should be using Phase 2. LOT is only a theory and you should not judge your workouts entirely by this theory. If you feel as though downward stretches can still give gains =, add a set of downward stretches...keep it simple.
