I have used the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]+PF combo and yes, it is quite good and comfortable. i can recommend it, but to get it, you'd have to spend too much money. You can easily get vacextender (havent tried it to make a comaprisson) or [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PenimasterPro[/words] (another one that I have not tried). The good thing is that even though i haven't tried both of them, I have heard some really good comments on both products, so you won't go wrong with either of them.

Size genetics has been the go to for availability and easy to use. The PF is great. I'm cut and have no problems what so ever. I wear it at high tension at all times and the only problem has been one sleeve tearing and the glans cap stretching out. I set up the phallogenetics and it is very comfortable. Can get cumbersome with the parts and the order you have to do things. It all comes down to ease of use, cost and your own preference. Haven't tried the others.
