What is the Basis of PE SUCCESS

(I guess this is directed to DLD; and other longtime pe'ers)
In designing a Penis Enlargement routine with a limited amount of time to spare...

Is the Penis Enlargement success based on (ie, of the following, what form of pe would be the most beneficial?):

(1) Single SUSTAINED exercise/long workout?
(2) multiple sporadic exercises/shorter workouts?
(3) mix?
 
Try both and see which one works best for you based on results and the time you have available. But whatever routine you choose, do it CONSISTENTLY

CONSISTENCY is what will eventually result in success or not.

Wow, this is a loaded question with many different answers. Penis Enlargement success depends on the work that is put in. Confusion about time and effort may lie at the center of these issues. Doing what I did, for many, seems incredible and unnecessary but for me it worked. With that said, there are many guys who did much less than me but made relative gains.

Your time doing Penis Enlargement and the efficiency of your results depends on some very independent steps. How much intensity are you using? How much expansion or length do you temporarily gain after a session? Over time, do you see gains consistently through the routine and schedule you are using? The answer to these questions is more difficult than a advanced class in algebra.

My advice is to start a Penis Enlargement journal and chart all activity you dedicate to Penis Enlargement. This will give you a starting point to map your progression. If you are seeing no gains based on your routine you will need to consider how much time you are dedicating, how often you are training and the exercises you are using. Being able to look back on your efforts via a Penis Enlargement journal will give you the best direction in the world.

Find a solid routine, put your all into it and if you find positive or negative results adjust the components accordingly.
