I used a FastSize [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] device before, but the loop is very uncomfortable. I've also tried some manual exercises before, but never kept at it. That's why I'm already getting into Phase 3 of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words], although technically I'm a newbie.
1) Other than DLD's 5 phase program, what else are you guys doing for length?
Are you using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words]?
Or a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] device like [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words]?
How about a hanging device? I believe Username "Bib" provides one.
Is there anything else? Or is this all that's needed to achieve a few extra inches in length?

2) How you maintain a grip for stretching? I've been thinking about getting one of those rubber-like yellow gloves used in the kitchen. Someone mentioned baby powder once. Your thoughts.
