If you decrease your tension a bit then it's more then possible. But I do have to take it off for circulation back to my skin of course. Also the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words] comes with a leg strap too if you can't wear the add-on in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sg[/words] or feel weirded out. Man sounds like you need a cup more then an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] hahaha.
