the reason im asking is because i was doing some uli's and squeezes for about 3-4 days straight nothing super intense but i was grabing like .5 temp girth , then all of a sudden on the 4 or 5 day i couldnt get an erection or even kegel blood in to make my self erect,
it felt like my dick was made of rubber i just couldnt get hard no matter how hard i tried (no pun intended) lol !
anyways especially around the base were i usually do my ok grip ,it was very rubbery infact it was like i couldnt get a good enough ok grip around it too keep the blood in becaus it was too soft rubbery!
has anyone ever had this happen ?
what is it?
?:(
so i stopped for like 1 week and just tried again and im still feeling rubbery!

When it comes to girth, overtraining is pretty good visible. A lower EQ or pain all around the tunica during girth work are indicators for possible overtraining. The pain in clamping for example is almost unbearable if you have overtrained, and you'll feel it in the entire penis. You can't overtrain length imo though.

Hit it on the head.
