What does everyone think of this routine,
1 hour max vac hanging 2.5kg for 2 sets of 30mins.
600 Jelqs
clamping with Uli and squeeze
Everyday, 7 days a week Some days i alternate between Jelqing and Clamping Uli, sometimes both.
I am about 7.5" length by bit over 5" girth.
Wouls this routine get me past 8"???? would it be enough or is it no good? any comments would be appreciated.
I would like to get to 9" in a 2 year period. what does everyone reckon? any help and advice. cheers guys
