what about 'last longer' pills? ayurvedic herbs, anyone know anything about those? All of a sudden I'm hearing about these. I gotta research and see if there are side effects, i mean it has 9 ingredients. the M of A seems to make sense, but what would be nice would be to know if increasing load or contraction/intensity is also a function, b/c I dont' wanna take more herbs, that might not go together very well, in my system. I think id use ashwaghanda, right now just using saw palmetto and 5htp.
combining herbs can be very tricky sometimes.
I s/t have problems taking l-arginine hcl s/t get palpitations in the past, so I don't use it that often. back then i wasn't exercising much so wondering if that could've been why [the combination of the l-arg and not exercising].
