I like to do regular stretches, then use my other hand to hook different ligs and my inner penis and pull on that simultaneously. Keeping it simple is the way to go.

Couple old stretches that are very good:

FootLong Stretches
Sock Stretches

Footlongs! They're a pain to get just right, but when you do....god damn what a stretch. Great for when your hands get tired too.
