Roll it up like a condom, then stretch it so the thicker part is right behind your glans. Then do some jai stretches to get to your full flacid length before unrolling it back to the base (again like a condom). Then put a small rubber or silicone band around it at the base to prevent tugback from rolling it back up.


This is an awesome hing to do and takes so much pressure off your head and allows you give so much intensity to the stretch. Add some of the new MOSGrip and manual work will never be the same. The SiliSleeves and the MOSGrip are incredible. Everyone who stretches manually NEEDS BOTH!
