UPDATE*** I've spoken with The company and i misunderstood the terms of the warranty, but everything has been cleared up, and they've honoured their Warranty, and even gone beyond!
I'd like to apologise and say thank you to Mr.Fantasting pumping!
I didnt know that consumers paying shipping to send faulty items back was standard protocol, but someone notified me that that's usually how it goes.
And i just want to thank DLD for being really supportive of the brothers here, it's a really great feeling to know you have someone with you that has your back and best interest in mind.
